About Stuart

I am passionate about Penrith. I went to school at St Dominic’s in Kingswood and McCarthy Catholic College in Emu Plains. As a keen sportsman, I was a founding member of the Penrith Valley Sports Foundation and played 200 games for the local footy club.

I'm all about making sure Penrith has the strongest possible voice in the NSW Parliament.

Since being elected we have delivered hundreds of thousands of dollars to support local community groups. Improved service delivery at Nepean Hospital and significantly invested in capital upgrades, including a new 650 spot car park, Oral Health Centre and high end medical robots and commnced stage one of the $1 billion upgrade. The Arts Centre at Nepean High has been completed, flashing lights have been installed at all schools, a new hall for Kingwood High School is well under construction and local schools are benefiting with millions of extra dollars through the new needs based funding model.  Cranebrook High School will be receiving a new learning centre and Jamison High and Nepean CAPA will receive new multipurpose halls. The new Yandhai Nepean Crossing has opened, offering safer crossing for cyclists and pedestrians, construction has commenced to widen Mulgoa Road, the Northern Road upgrade is well underway and the upgrades to Penrith Station, Kingswood Station, Lapstone Station are all complete.  Planning is continuing on the new Emu Plains commuter car park..

We've made big inroads in a short space of time but there is lot more work to be done.

The more I hear from you the stronger our voice in Parliament.

Together we can give Penrith the leadership it deserves and work towards keeping NSW number 1.
