Stuart Ayres MP, Member for Penrith today announced that local students can look forward to benefiting from new purpose-built facilities, with construction work now underway on the upgrade at Cranebrook High School.

Construction is expected to be completed in mid-2022.

Stuart Ayres said these great new facilities will benefit not just the school but the wider Cranebrook community.

“We want students to have the best education possible, and providing new and modern facilities gives them those opportunities,” Stuart Ayres said.

“I look forward to watching construction progress and seeing the upgrades finished.”

“I’m very pleased that the NSW Government is delivering this project for Cranebrook students ,” Ms Mitchell said.

The Development Application (DA) for the project was recently approved by Penrith City Council and construction has commenced. Site establishment was recently completed, which included the installation of site facilities, temporary fencing and the establishment of environment controls.

The NSW Government is investing $7.9 billion over the next four years, continuing its program to deliver 215 new and upgraded schools to support communities across NSW. This is the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.
